Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Access to RXtrader is restricted to licensed pharmaceutical buyers (licensed pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems) and licensed pharmaceutical distributors and wholesalers. All accounts must hold a current DEA registration and applicable state licensure. Use in violation of federal or state pharmaceutical distribution law will result in immediate account termination and regulatory notification.

2. Account Responsibilities

Account holders are responsible for maintaining accurate licensure information and notifying RXtrader immediately of any change in DEA registration or state license status. You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials. Credential sharing is prohibited.

3. Transaction Terms

All transactions are processed through Authorize.net escrow, held until hub inspection is complete. By placing an order, buyers agree to:

• Purchase pharmaceutical products only for lawful dispensing or distribution
• Accept hub inspection as a condition of delivery
• Not resell products to unlicensed parties or in violation of pedigree requirements
• Maintain complete acquisition records as required by federal and state law

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers warrant that all listed products are authentic, properly stored, not adulterated or misbranded, and eligible for distribution under applicable law. Sellers must provide pedigree documentation upon request. Sellers found to have listed counterfeit, diverted, or unlicensed product will be permanently banned and reported to the DEA.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Using the platform without valid DEA registration or applicable state licensure
• Listing or purchasing controlled substances without proper Schedule authorization
• Attempting to circumvent the hub inspection or escrow process
• Providing false licensure information during onboarding or verification

6. Limitation of Liability

RXtrader provides a technology platform connecting licensed parties and does not manufacture, store, or physically handle pharmaceutical products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RXtrader's liability for any transaction is limited to the escrow amount for that transaction.
